Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is custom-crafted specifically to your specifications upon ordering, all made-to-order and custom items are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns, issue monetary refunds, or accept exchanges once an order enters production.

Cancellation Policy: 1-Hour Window
We understand that mistakes can happen right after placing an order. You may cancel your order for a full refund within one (1) hour of purchase. To cancel, please contact customer support immediately with your order number. Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order enters our production pipeline and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a clear manufacturing error caused by our team, we will gladly issue a replacement or repair only. Monetary refunds will not be issued outside of the 1-hour cancellation window.

To request a replacement under an exception:

  • Report standard issues within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • Inspect freight or heavy deliveries immediately. If you ordered a large or freight-shipped item, you must inspect the package prior to signing for delivery. Any visible exterior damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL). If the item itself is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Non-Qualifying Circumstances
Replacements will not be granted for:

  • Requests made after the 1-hour cancellation window for changes of mind or customer errors.
  • Errors present in customer-submitted artwork, measurements, or customized text.
  • Minor natural variations inherent to hand-crafted materials (such as wood grain, stone veining, or slight dye-lot shifts).
  • Normal wear and tear, post-delivery accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
